May 18, 2019 sets the date of the 16th Long Night of Museums in Poland. With great pleasure we join the event again and we invite you that night to celebrate with us!

On occassion of the Long Night of Museums this weekend and Chopin Night coming on the next weekend, the students prepared a special concert programme.

Young artist from Białystok, for the very first time shown individually in her hometown, is going to tell the stories of her works and inspirations as part of a guided curatorial tour.

Opera’s photographer Michał Heller is going to conduct a short workshop to teach photography lovers about the limits and joys of night shooting. And the subject will be very lovely: Opera’s beautiful building and its exciting surroundings. Night sky-watching

Polish Society of Amateur Astronomers Subsidiary in Białystok and Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic invite you over for telescopic observation of the full moon and the brightest binary stars. The observation will be led by Wojciech Burzyński and Tomasz Białkowski. In case of a bad, cloudy weather, we will listen to a illustrated lecture “Astrophotography in practice—in a nutshell” in the Opera foyer.
