We are pleased to announce that we are returning with a new menu! You can enjoy our chef’s specialties starting Saturday, January 28, 2023, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
We also encourage you to visit our café and explore our bar before any cultural event taking place on the Main Stage of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. We serve coffee, warming tea, cold beverages, and homemade cakes and desserts created by our pastry chef.

Forma restaurant is a culinary safe harbor in a building belonging to the intitution constituting the very heart of cultural scene in North East Poland. Putting an emphasis on new flavours and highest quality products, Forma is a great place for those who want to rest for a moment in silcence and to delight in refined meals and desserts.
In the menu there are courses based on different types of meat—beef, pork, fish, as well as game meat, duck or goose. For clients having special wishes or needs, courses are prepared off the menu.
Forma offers liquors and alcoholic beverages of the highest quality. In Białystok it’s the only place to taste Japan whisky Yamazaki, considered the best in the world. There is a wide range of cognacs, brandy or wines from different countries of the world. Forma’s team consists of qualified staff who will offer advice and mix cocktails of one’s choice.
