Triumph of Love – Concert at the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic as part of Seniors’ Weekend with Culture
As every year, the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic is participating in the nationwide Seniors’ Weekend with Culture campaign. This event serves as a reminder that music and art know no age, and that the Opera’s doors are always open to seniors who want to spend time in a unique and emotional atmosphere.
On October 4th at 11:00 AM, the Opera invites you to the Triumph of Love concert, featuring the most beautiful pieces about feelings, memories, and longings – from Polish hits to global evergreens. Performing on the Chamber Stage will be Karina Komendera (piano), Monika Ziółkowska (vocals), and Maciej Nerkowski (vocals).
The program will feature songs that have touched listeners’ hearts for years – from unforgettable Polish hits such as Miłość ci wszystko wybaczy (Love Forgives You Everything), Pamiętsz była Jesień (Remember There Was Autumn) and Augustowskie noce (Augustów Nights), to world classics such as Strangers in the Night, Moon River and Can’t Help Falling in Love.
