This unique concert is dedicated to all women, especially mothers. It was created with the women for whom Zbigniew Łapiński wrote music or with whom he performed on stage in mind. His mother held a special place in his life, with whom he was deeply emotionally attached and for whom his love was expressed through musical sensitivity. The concert will feature songs with music by Zbigniew Łapiński, Paweł Puszczało, Włodzimierz Korcz, and Panajot Bojadżiyev.
Outstanding Polish artists and wonderful women will perform on stage:
Ewa Błaszczyk – an actress with many wonderful roles to her credit; an exceptional interpreter of the lyrics in the songs she performs, each of which is a remarkable stage performance;
Jolanta Wagner – an outstanding opera singer with an extraordinary stage presence, creating unforgettable operatic performances;
Danuta Błażejczyk – a vocalist with an unforgettable voice; Winner of numerous awards, including the Grand Prize at the 1986 Polish Song Festival in Opole and the Superjedynka Award at this year’s festival in Opole.
Beata Molak – a vocalist with a charismatic stage presence and an extraordinary voice, winner of numerous awards, including the Grand Prize at the 1989 Polish Song Festival in Opole.
Karolina Lizer – a highly talented vocalist of the younger generation, winner of numerous awards, including the Grand Prize in the Debut Concert at the 2022 Polish Song Festival in Opole.
This exceptional concert was created with women in mind – those for whom Zbigniew Łapiński wrote music, those whose lyrics he set, and those he accompanied on stage and in life. The songs were arranged by Paweł Puszczało, who provided musical direction for the ensemble of musicians accompanying all the exceptional artists performing in this concert: Ewa Błaszczyk, Beata Molak, Danuta Błażejczyk, Jolanta Wagner, and Karolina Lizer.
They will be accompanied by Kuba Sienkiewicz, an artist with an extraordinary sense of humor, a stage presence, a vocalist, and a songwriter.
The concert is multi-style, musically rich thanks to the elaborate arrangements by Paweł Puszczało, bassist and double bassist, and lecturer at the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź.
