Antoni Wit, one of the greatest Polish composers, long-time director of famous Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR) in Katowice, will perform in Białystok for the very first time. He will lead Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra in a programme featuring the extremely hard Beethoven’s “Leonore” Overture no. 3 op. 72b, mysterious Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony no. 8 in B minor, and majestic Strauss’s Eine Alpensinfonie op. 64.
