Artist of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic Choir. Tenor. Graduate of the I. Paderewski Complex of Music Schools in Białystok in the trombone class of Prof. S. Olchanowski. In 1987 he began his career as a soloist and dancer. Long-time president of the Kurpie Zielone Song and Dance Ensemble Association. He has collaborated with the Białystok University of Technology Choir. Since 1993, tenor of the Gaudium Vocal Octet, with which ensemble he twice won the 1st H. Karliński Prize in the chamber ensembles category in Legnica (1995, 1997) and the 1st prize at the International Choral Song Festival in Międzyzdroje (2000). The artist has made numerous recordings for TVP Białystok and Canal Plus. He has participated in numerous albums, including Christmas Carols for the Third Day of Christmas with the Gaudium Vocal Octet (2000) and CDs with compositions by P. Rubik performed by T. Wojnowicz. Since 2006, he has been an artist of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic Choir, with which he has participated in many prestigious musical events, including the operas: Euryanthe by C.M. von Weber, Maria Padilla by G. Donizetti, and numerous festivals, including the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival, the International Wratislavia Cantans Festival, the International Festival of Contemporary Music Warsaw Autumn, the International Festival of Sacred Music Gaude Mater, the Festival of Jewish Culture Singer’s Warsaw, the International Music Festival Chopin and his Europe. With the OiFP Choir, he has made numerous radio and CD recordings, receiving numerous awards, including the Fryderyk Award (2008, 2009, 2016, 2017, 2022, 2023, 2024) and one of the world’s most prestigious recording awards: the ICMA (2018). On the OiFP stage, he has performed roles in productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, The Merry Widow, The Gypsy Baron, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Life Is a Cabaret.
