A graduate of symphonic and opera conducting at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, in the class of Professor R. Dudek, and of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory in St. Petersburg, in the class of Professor A. Poliszczuk. He has collaborated with orchestras in Poland and abroad (Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Norway, and Russia). He has conducted operas performed at the Warsaw Chamber Opera and the TW–ON, among others. He is a laureate of the 2009 Craiova International Conducting Competition in Romania. He has participated in master classes with V. Kiradjiev (Bulgaria) and D. Wilson (USA). He is a scholarship holder of Keimyung University and the Pro Polonia Society Foundation in South Korea, as well as the “Young Artists Scholarship” from the Mayor of Białystok. From 2008 to 2015, and since 2024, he has served as artistic director of the Suwałki Chamber Orchestra, with which he has produced over 200 musical events and recorded a CD of Michał Spisak’s orchestral music (DUX). One of his great passions is the artistic education of young people through direct contact with art, which has resulted in numerous interdisciplinary projects implemented in Poland and abroad. He is proud of his collaborations with the Gorzów Philharmonic, the OiFP, the Non-Public School of Dance Art in Białystok, the Podlasie Dance Association, the Music School in Koper, Slovenia, the Warsaw “Sonata” Orchestra, and the Podlasie Chamber Orchestra. With this ensemble, in 2023, together with pianist R. Sobczak, he recorded a CD of F. Chopin’s piano concertos (DUX). Currently, he also conducts the orchestras of the Music School Complex in Białystok, where he also serves as deputy director, and collaborates regularly with, among others, the Białystok branch of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, where he prepares and conducts student opera performances. In 2022, he received a Doctor of Arts degree.
