Announcement of a competition for director of the OiFP
The Podlaskie Voivodeship Board announces a competition for the position of director of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre in Białystok named after Stanisław Moniuszko.
The primary responsibility of the Director of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre in Białystok named after Stanisław Moniuszko will be to managing the day-to-day operations of a provincial local government cultural institution and operates under the Act of October 25, 1991, on the Organization and Conduct of Cultural Activities, and the Statute of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre in Białystok named after Stanisław Moniuszko, annexed to Resolution No. XXIII/291/2020 of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly of December 7, 2020, on the Statute of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre in Białystok named after Stanisław Moniuszko.
The Director will also be responsible for implementing the provisions of the agreement specifying the organizational and financial conditions of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre in Białystok named after Stanisław Moniuszko and for implementing its program of operations.

Application documents are accepted from February 25, 2026, to March 31, 2026.
