“It is my firm belief that human society is divided into three distinct castes: Russian dancers, dancers, and very ordinary people”—wrote Arnold Haskell, a great ballet historian and critic. Is it so? One can check whether its true, watching the performance of “Kostroma” Russian National Ballet.
One of the absolute best ballet crews in the world will present us with a show consisting of 50 dancers, 600 unique costumes and 300 props. “Kostroma” dancers will take us on a passionate journey to the North, through the central Russia, down to Caucasian steppes and mountains, while telling the story of Russia’s culture by means of precise and graceful dance moves.
Third Stage is an initiative allowing the free choice of widely understood entertaining repertoire. We give voice to the artists, and guarantee our viewers to take part in events which deliver completely new artistic experience.
