Ladies and Gentlemen,

In connection with taking steps to stop the spread of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in Poland, the crisis staff with the participation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage decided to close temporarily from 12 March to 31 May 2020 cultural institutions, philharmonics, operas, theaters, museums, cinemas and schools, universities and artistic education institutions.

Artistic events scheduled that time at the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic will not take place.

IMPORTANT! In the interests of shared security, ticket offices will be closed until May 19, 2020. If you have questions, please contact the Audience Service Office on weekdays between 08.00-16.00 at the telephone numbers +48 85 306 75 06 and +48 85 306 75 04.

Tickets for events from 12 March to 31 May 2020, which were bought at the ticket offices, may be returned at the ticket office at Odeska 1 to 30 June 2020.

If the proof of purchase of the ticket is lost, the funds are refunded on the basis of the ticket and the declaration of the lost proof of purchase. The refund for the returned ticket is made in the same form of payment in which the payment for the ticket was made (cash, transfer, payment card) and only to those cards and bank accounts from which payments for purchased tickets were made.

Refunds for tickets purchased online via Bilety24 will be automatic. Returns will be made the same way as the payment was made, both for payments by bank transfer, BLIK and card, subject to the deadline as indicated by the payment card operator, up to 31 days.

Returns of group tickets can be made by persons who have previously bought group tickets (transfer, cash, payments to the account).

The music and dance performance “IN IRISH RHYTHM – MUSIC AND DANCE” by the Carrantuohill formation will take place on 2/12/2020 at 19.00.
The performance “THE BACKWARDS – BEATLES LEGEND SHOW” by The Backwards formation will take place on 14/10/2020 at 19.00.
